Loss or Damage: Merchandise is carefully packed and boxed before shipping. Carrier accepts repsonsibility for condition of goods at the time the shipment leaves Sportblock. Any and all claims for lost or damaged mechandise must be filed with the carrier at the time of delivery.

Shipping Policy: All prepaid orders are shipped ground UPS within the 48 contiguous states. Orders are shipped within 10 business days.
Return/Refund Policy: Returns received within 30 days of the shipped date will be refunded less shipping costs. Product must be in good condition. Returns must be in the original packaging. There is no restocking fee.
