No docking Stations needed. PowerBlocks were invented under the premise of Space saving, money saving and portability. Our stands are an option or convenience. With PowerBlocks you can just pick up 2 dumbbells and go. Some dumbbells have docking stations that require a minimum of 4 parts to be taken with you. Unlike PowerBlocks, with these dumbbells if you don't have the docking station the dumbbells won't work. With PowerBlocks, you can set them on the floor and still change weights.

Our SportBlock offers a weight range of 3-21 lbs per hand in 3 lb increments, replacing 7 pairs of dumbbells. The Personal Set has a weight range of 5-45 lbs per hand in 5 lb increments, replacing 9 pairs of dumbbells. The Personal Set can be expanded later up to 60 lbs per hand. The Personal Plus Set has a weight range of 20-60 lbs per hand in 5 lb increments, replacing 9 pairs of dumbbells. The Medical Set has a weight range of 2.5-50 lbs per hand, replacing 20 pairs of dumbbells, and is the only dumbbell set to give the versatility of every 2.5 lb jump. The PowerBlock Pro Sets come with either Rexan Handles (molded polypropylene composite material) or Aluminum. The Pro Rexan Sets have weight ranges available as 2.5-45 lbs per hand, replacing 16 pairs of dumbbells. 2.5-85 lbs per hand, replacing 28 pairs or dumbbells. 2.5-125 lbs per hand, replacing 37 pairs of dumbbells. That's over 4000 lbs of free weights compressed into 2 blocks that take up just 18" x 22" of space (Stand base dimension) in your home or office. The Pro Aluminum Sets have weight ranges of 10-50, 10-90 or 10-130 lbs per hand.
Patented Selector Pin Design-PowerBlock dumbbells use a selector pin to change weights, much like a weight stack machine at a gym. This patented technology has a proven 10 year history and does not have any fragile parts like some dumbbells with mechanical dials.
Padded Wrist Supports-Only PowerBlock offers padded wrist supports within the construction of the dumbbells. If you don't need them, you won't even feel them. But if your wrists start to fail on you at the end of a set they are there for you.
